Yo Yo Loach - Fading Black Stripes

I am writing for a bit of advice on our yo yo loaches in our 20 gallon aquarium.

It seems one of the three loaches goes to the mountain I have right in the middle of the tank and lays in one of the opens on his side right where the bubbles rise up.
It also seems his black stripes have faded quite a bit. He seems to still be eating when it is feeding time but then goes right back to the mountain opening.

Could anyone offer up some advice on whether there is something wrong if anything at all, and if there is something wrong what we should do.

Loaches grey out when they fight. Usually the dominant fish will be grey. As he is the boss of the other loaches. This is normal. They are one species that can change color with mood aggression and dominance. They also love to squeeze into the tightest spots possible and lay on their side. This is all normal behavior
