Hi, I've got a tank with a hood and the original light it came with has become waterlogged and stopped working properly. I'm wanting to replace it, but I'm on a budget. I'm wanting something that will be reasonably suitable to go under the hood. I can't remove the hood as then my filter will just be exposed and look visually awful. I plan to drill some holes in the lid and put in some cabinet vents to reduce the amount of condensation build up under the hood to protect the new light. I know it's not ideal, but I don't really have another option. I have an AquaOne Lifestyle 127 tank for reference. 80cm long, 51cm high, 48cm wide. I have a few plants in the tank (nothing fancy, no CO2).
