Africans and cories

Do africans and cory cats go together? If so which species would work best?

Depends what Africans you are talking about. Kribs are African cichlids that do well with cories however most of the mbuna species I'd recommend not keeping with them.

agree, no cories with your africans, you could add maybe some catfish, i believe people usually add syno cats with africans? correct me if im wrong. although its always risky

Yea, I keep synos with my Africans. They get along well. You may want to look into feather fins or cuckoo catfish.
