My Oscar has developed a growth on her eyeball, does anyone know what this is and how To sure it? She isn’t eating since, I believe she can’t se the food. Thank you in advance. I have attached images. IMG_9241.jpg

The eye looks to have sustained an injury. Its difficult to determine from the pic, but the forehead looks to have erosion consistent with Hexamita. That might explain the hunger strike.
 
If you are referring to her color, it’s always been a bit off since we brought her home over 2 years ago. She was about an 1” long. Now she’s a good 7”+ long. The water levels are all good. The rest of the fish are eating and swimming well.
 
I seriously doubt your Oscars problem is what it looks like. But it resembles the copepod infection green sharks get that destroys their vision. I'd imagine that this parasite is much bigger in total than your entire fish.
