All male 55 gallon Malawi

This is the 55 gallon all male Malawi replica tank I built.
stock list:
1 Copadichromis azureus
1 protomelas insignis
2 Protomelas sp. "Steveni Taiwan" (Taiwanee Reef)
1 Labidochromis caeruleus
1 labidochromis orange
1 Sciaenochromis fryeri
1 OB Hybrid
1 solid orange jacobfreibergi
1 Cyrtocara moorii
1 baenschi
1 maylandi
1 older ruby red
1 Pseudotropheus sp. "Acei" (Msuli)
1 syno catfish

sadly

sadly I cant take close ups because they get blurry on my phone... but the fish are amazing... try clicking the image for a closer look

Ya I did that it looks awesome. On my phone I have to take the photo and crop it and auto enhance to get it to look half way decent.

he is about 6 inches long and one heck of a fish

I wanted one of those when I set mine up and couldn't find it in stock anywhere. It is a stunning looking fish. I may see if I can find one now lol

some of my more brilliant fish have not developed their color yet... so I am playing the waiting game...

Great looking tank.
I love all male tank, have one myself as well with mostly peacock and haps.
Would the Moori eventually grow too big for the tank? I was thinking of getting one.

hey

this species of blue moorii will not out grow this tank i think... I go to a malawi specialist and have the owner hand pick my fish so...

oh

I have tons of algae but my cichlids graze on it... I also find it helps with water conditions
