I saw the pictures but if you take his measurements 36"x12"x12 divided by 231 it's a 22g. And his oscar is not in the pictures either.

It sounds bad. I don't know much about cichlids (salty who can't stand violence lol) but I know that even one of those fish should have bigger than a 22 gal tank. But the tank does look bigger than that, doesn't it? People are careless and ignorant.
