My two angel fish seem to be breathing very hard. Any ideas in wat i could do to make them breath normal?

are they saltwater or freshwater angelfish?

Generally speaking, if the fish aren't showing any other symptoms then the "gasping" might just be a result of too little oxygen in the water or the temperature of the water may be too high. If too little oxygen is the case, this can easily be fixed by providing more circulation to the tank through a powerhead. These are readily available at almost any LFS and are usually pretty cheap.

Hope this helps :)

Thanks and they are freshwater. I do have a powerhead. im gonna install it to see if that helps

CARM- the angelfish are doing much better. I lowered the temperature a bit anf installed a bigger filter with more water flow. Thanks for the help
