another lighting question?

Well when I bought my 75 aquarium from petsmart it came with a I think is a standard Flouresent bulb, well when I turn it on it actually makes my water cloudy, I know it probably sounds weird but my water is crystal clear with LED lights but with the flouresent it looks cloudy. Are there other flouresent bulbs out there that are really good and will make my water look crystal clear like it should be?

I'm sorry let me re -word that, it makes my water look cloudy it doesn't make my water cloudy because I only keep my lights on for about 5 hours, that flouresent bulb makes my water LOOK cloudy so are there any other flouresent light bulbs that will make my water look crystal clear?
