Are these rams big enough to tell sex?

I have two Bolivian Rams and I am trying to figure out if theyre male or female. They seem rather indifferent to each other, each keeping their own space on the tank. Not any aggression other than some occasional gill flaring during feeding, but don't seem in love either.

Here's the bigger one..based on my research it seems this is a male.



Here's the littler one and I am really unsure of this one.. maybe too small to tell at prob around 2"
