My angelfish every now and then will twitch and it looks like there dying but after that there ok and it's like nothing happened

Are they losing color when they do this? Mine will twitch a little when my CO2 comes on or my auto dosers. Normally though she does not do that. How are your water parameters? Any signs of illness? White spots, washed out colors, flashing, etc?

Color ok the are quarter size tank has been cycled for five weeks the other fish are ok
