Hi all-I just stripped my holding yellow benga female. 19 fry now in the net breeder in the fry tank. Already in there are 5 blue ahli fry (still very small). Got to set up the grow out tank.

?..I've just let my females spit their fry,how is it that you strip them?

Most of mine I let spit but its the first for the benga and I wanted to keep them.
If you search stripping on here you can find a handful of posts.
Basically stripping: using a bowl of tank water, net the female and hold her upside down head in water. Hold her gently but firm...don't cover her gills. Using a toothpick open her mouth and in a up and down motion the fry will just come out.
