Blood Parrot in a 36 gal.

I have a 36 bow front aquarium. I've wanted a Blood Parrot for some time now but am getting so many mixed opinions. Some have said this tank is too small for a BP other have sais could get away with 2 BP if I over filter and plan to upgrade tanks in a couple years. Other have just one BP nothing else will fit or one BP and a couple smaller medium aggresive cichlids. Just curious what other think.

Most Blood Parrots are sold as juveniles. IMO, your tank is big enough for a couple of juvenile BP's. They aren't particularly fast growers and you will have time to make adjustments or a tank upgrade when needed.
