How often should my s. am cichlids get bloodworms, brine shrimp, ect.?

i wouldnt feed them it daily, it can cause bloat, and its way too much protien. i would give it maybe every one and a half weeks or 2 weeks. try feeding cucumber as a treat. my africans love it, and it doesnt cloud the water.

I feed my blood parrots and JD bloodworms 3 times a week 4 other days I feed cichlid pellets. I would feed maybe every 3 days or less (please correct me if I'm wrong).

Thanx, that sounds about right to me. My blood parrot looks a little bloated. Maybe just fat... Lol. Pic to follow
