Bolivian Ram - blood in poop

So I have a fresh water bolivian ram. Today I noticed after it pooped blood came out with its feces. The feces looked half opaque, solid looking and the other half a clear reddish color, jelly looking.
What could be the possible cause of this? How can I fix this? Is this normal for this type of fish? Thank you, any help would be great!

I was feeding it Tetra brand tropical granuales and tropical flakes..

Have you fed it bloodworms recently? This sometimes happens to my fish after they e eaten them.
