What kind of signs will a Bolivian Ram show when it is not healthy, like if the amonia or nitrates are to high

Same as most other fish...gasping at the surface of the water, listlessness, etc. Are you having an issue at this time with them?

One is doing really well and the other is doing fine, Im just curious for the future.

Also is it possible for a Bolivian Ram to live with 2 full grown Yellow lab and a Regal Peacock

Is size difference going to be to much.

If it becomes blackened then it is stressed...

I would not recommend it...the lab and peacock are Africans and the Bolivians are South American...two very different eco-systems and opposite requirements.
