I have an albino tiger, water is getting changed between 30-50% twice a week and water parameters are fine, he has been jumping during feeding and hitting his head on the lid or the divider in the middle, not all the time though, there is no change in behavior and is still extremely active. There is nothing in the tank for him to swim into, now it looks like a bruise in between sensory pits above mouth, is it possible it's just from hitting his head? Thanks=)

Yeah - not sure if it's technically a bruise, but I've seen similar injuries on oscars when they bump into stuff in earnest. They heal up just fine IME.
