Can these Angels be paired already?

I have three baby angels in a 29 gal. planted aquarium. Two are hanging out together and chasing away a third. Can they be paired THIS small (1/2 dollar size)? See pic. Thanks!

I would think they could have paired.
Some of my GBR pair up at 4 months old..
The odd one will not fair well if they have IMO.

I con cuncur that the third guy is in trouble. I'd sell, trade, return him or place in another tank if you have / want one.

Your Endlers should be fast enough to survive for a while but once they spawn all bets are off. Many times they just systematically kill everyone else.
