cichlid food

so i feed my 5 cichlids a pinch of omega one cichlid food twice a day, and every couple days i feed my pleco a algae wafer, and they get some of it, and once a week i give them a slice of cucumber ( they love it). is this a good diet?
and what is a good food for malawi cichlids and peacocks?

I feed a little twice a day too. A lot of people on here though only feed once a day. Too much food can lead to bloat. However, I feed twice a day but a little each time.

I also skip a day of feeding once a week so on that day they get no food.
