Cichlid safety???

I am going camping this evening and I was wondering if it would be okay to leave them a couple of days without feeding? I also have a pictus cat in the tank......Anyone know??? Need a quick answer.

I'll second that, they will be perfectly fine. Be sure not to try to feed them extra before you leave, it will only cause messier water when you get home.

Third times a charm...... Your fish can go days without eating, simply give'em a couple regular feedings the day before you leave.
I've had picky fish go a week or more without food when re-training them to take another food type.
