cichlid with hole in his side

I have a 3 month old cichlid that got a hole in his side . He stopped eating like a week ago so I moved him to a hospital tank and it started as a little white spot. And today I came home and he now has a hole in his right side right behind his fin. What can o do and what about my other 11 cichlids in the main tank that he was in. I checked all my water perimeters and they are good .

Looks like a burn, water changes every day are the way to go! Also try get him eating with peas soaked in garlic.

The pic is not loading for me but could be a bacterial infection...put him in the hospital tank and treat with broad spectrum antibiotic like maracyn. Keep an eye on the others and note any behavioral or physical changes that may indicate sickness

Def not a burn I have him in a hospital tank with coppersafe and today I just start him on metronizole he still not eating .he just nibbles a little on his flakes

Does he or any of the other fish have any other side effects?

Rapid breathing, clamped fins? Etc

No all the rest seam perfectly fine besides a little bit of flashing but nothing more than usual
