i was thinking on feeding my cichlids and rainbow shark and catfish some shrimp what do you guys think???? by the way now this time im gonna start listening to you guys i apologize for my hard headness

Fresh, alive, freeze dried or frozen?

I feed my cichlids shrimp several times a week and their health and color are excellent.

I feed a tiny amount of frozen to my bettas and tetras, etc. once every couple of weeks.

Probably frozen brine shrimp. Just don't overfeed them, especially the betta, and they'll be fine.

You have mbuna, right? I wouldn't feed them shrimp, or anything meaty. While a few here and there shouldn't cause any issues, you have the potential to cause bloat, which would not be good. Veggies would be ok, if they'll eat them. Plant trimmings work well too (mine LOVED plants).

ok cool ill try that my question was because i have some catsish and a rainbow shark and i wanted to give them shrimp but thanks tho
