Convict mated pair fighting.

My convicts just had fry and now one of them(I think the mother) keeps chasing the father away . When it first happen they would protect the nest together now she is all by herself. What going on?

Natural behavior with breeding Convicts, the mother is always very aggressive, even towards the father. If the tank is larg enough for him to keep his distance when necessary then it will be fine. She will calm down as they get large enough to fend for themselves, some remove the male during this time, some do not, it's up to your discretion on what the tank size allows.
