Ok so I finally got the 76 gallon all set up on Friday night. Saturday morning I took the filter media and all the plants out of my 30 and stuck them all in the wet dry sump of the 76. How soon should I be able to start putting fish in?

Well I just transferred my four Livingstonii. Let's keep the fingers crossed.

Well then here ya go!

Thanks. The fish seem to be doing well and are beginning to adjust. My small one though has found a small little hole to hide in and won't come out. He is about a third of the size of the ones seen in the photos. He hasn't been attacked or anything, he just doesn't want to be either I think. The big three were together in the same tank and the small one is new. I'm anxious to see how the small one acts from here.

He will hide... :) Just make sure he has holes his size and not big enough for the otherfish. Hard to do because they are narrow, can & will twist to get into what you thought was impossible.

Oh and be prepared to [store credit] the Jack Dempsey Then seen them live peacefully with others. Not even in large systems [125g-250g]

I don't have a Jack in there. I do have one but his in actually in my other tank with some other Africans. He is about 9" now and I have never had any problems at all with him.

Nice Nice.. Always liked jacks but they always beat up my other fish.
At my brothers house I seen a 4" electric jack drive a 8" oscar to jump out of the tank...
