My super red dragon flowerhorn is now 4-5 inches and starting to show his adult traits and he has grown teeth that look like piranha or saber tooth tetra teeth- he is a freaky looking monster fish. I was just wondering if anyone else has a similar experience, all the pictures I've seen don't show these teeth- but then again, I can't seem to get his in a pic either, ergo I ask this question here hoping someone will confirm that this is common. I thank all in advance.

Here is the most voracious fish in my cichlid collection, evil Mike.

Wow I have never seen a hybrid like that looks like flower horn x parrot cichlid.

I seriously hope you photoshopped that otherwise that's going to appear in my nightmares.

Lol, afraid your nightmares shall be haunted. Here's some more :) I'm actually not quite sure what variety flowerhorn he is. I rescued him and he was white n bacteria, fungus and parasite riddled when he was delivered to an lfs with a shipment of severums and festivums- they didn't even know what he was.

A fellow local cichlid lover told me he was probably of the ZZ super red dragon line... Again, I'm not so sure he should have fangs, lol...

Wait I'm confused, what are those horrifying pink things protruding from his mouth in the first pic????

Lol, these are more pics of him with a night crawler that he ate, along with 11 tank mates (school of Congo tetra)... He is a beast!!
