I currently have three juvenile dovii in a 125 gallon. 2 are around 1.5 in and the other is around 2.5 in. The largest chases the others into hiding 24/7 and never let's them come out, but looks like a female? Has anyone heard of a super aggressive female dovii or is this most likely a male?

There's no way to sex them that small, it sounds like you need more breaks in lines of sight.

Also I really hope you have plans to upgrade to a much larger tank with in the next couple of years.

What size will I be able to tell and what are good ways to break lines of sight? A large piece of driftwood or plants? There is definitely a larger tank coming in the future.
