Depends on how white. I've had white ones and tab mixed and a out half or them hatched so idk but they will most likely get eaten

Currently have 3 German blue rams 1m/2f. I've had them for about 4-5 months now. They've never colored up and are always skittish. Right now my params are 0 0 10. And I used prime in my water change today. I'm getting lots of plants tommorow so that should help.

Sorry for the bad pic. My camera isn't working

I would assume that would really help with them coloring up, they like to have some cover

I'm assuming that's the problem. Currently I have 2 baby cichlids that I can't figure out what to do with (bring to LFS to hopefully get them fed to something bigger. They are hybrids). The cichlids guard all the cover excessively. So I think the plants should do it

That's exactly your problem. Are they in a community or by themselves? They like dither fish like tetras around because they feel safer. Plus they love going in and out of plants so go plant crazy!

The only other things in there are the 2 baby hybrids, and 5 rosy barbs.
Do u think
1 angelfish
3 German blue rams
5 rosy barbs
6 small tetras
Is over kill? I'm running the 250 GPH aquaclear and I'm getting like 13-15 new species of plants.

I ended up being about 30 gallons (28 gallons if I don't add in the bowfront).

I only have the 3 German blue rams and rosy barbs right now. And Im picking up the angelfish tommorow or Tuesday. Can I add anything else?

I would stick with what you have. Just watch your angel. I had an angel for a month or so, then got two rams, and even though my angel was young (about quarter size) he stalked and chased my rams. I loved my rams so much the angel went back to LFS. Not saying this will happen to you since every fish is different temperament wise, but just either have a back up or make sure you can return or exchange if needed.

I'd either get more rosy barbs OR a school of tetras not both

You can't make anything breed. They'll breed when their ready or they may never breed

Yeah it'd be really rare for them to breed that fast. Mine are approaching a year old and I haven't seen eggs yet but then again plenty of interested fish to steal their eggs in my tank.

First time I had eggs they were about 5 months. This is really early usually a year is when they can lay and raise the fry successfully
