Frozen and life foods don't really matter. Feed them something good like omega one or nls. You can throw in the occasional bloodworms or whatever if you'd like.

Then that's plenty good for them. I throw in bloodworms maybe once a week but that's all

I feed mine nls cichlid formula 1mm pellets and some cobalt flakes. Then occasionally hikari frozen blood worms and that's it for all my dwarfs

I get most of mine from local guys. Aquabid has some great fish quite often.

30: 6 apistogramma agassizi fire red CAPTIVE BRED
from the 30g I may remove the plecos and cories, idk

Please can someone say if they think I have too much rock? The rock touches the bak of the tank but it makes a big cave with nothing in it. The photo is in my album
