Ive just looked into my tank and noticed this on one of my rams....does anyone know what it is

Camallanus.
You need Levamisole HCI . 5 grams of 100% for 100 gallons.
You need to dose for tank volume once then change water {I believe } 3 days later and then dose the tank again 3 weeks later.
The second dose is in case any eggs survive..

I just read some really long article saying i should have to euthanise all the fish drain the tank and start over [emoji27] and i really dont want to have to do that and also can these worm be contracted by humans
