Female German Ram, sick or full O eggs?

I have a female ram(I just found that out today)that I thought was a male. Anyhow I saw it the other day at the back of some hygro and its bottom part was really bloated. There was also this little piece of skin hanging out on the bottom resembling the thingy that falls out when they lay eggs. There are no other fish in the tank. Is she full of eggs or sick? If there is no male, will she just pass em and return to normal size?

Could you see little black dots just a little behing the belly? If you can then its pregnant
