Well if I remember right its a hap and I think it was listed to get 7 inches but not sure.

That's not a hap.

It's a mbuna and some sort of zebra (member of the metriaclima/maylandia genus), probably a m. greshakei/common name: Ice Blue Zebra.

Ice blues are easy to sex..males are blue and females are brown.
This is a male metriaclima greshakei zebra aka ice blue. My avatar pic is one.

Looks almost identical to my tiny Red top hongi hap at around 2", but it's the face that gave away the mbuna.

Yes SRT Hongis are indeed a Mbuna.
