Fish Room

[Fishy Smell]

I'm going to be setting up a fish room when I move, but it may start off as being just in the garage (before I have it properly converted into a liveable room ). I live in the UK, and I wondered what people would consider the lowest room temperature to be setting up tanks in. I can have a radiator put in there and could do a little insulating maybe. Thoughts?
