Food For My Convicts!

Getting my convicts this week! What is the best food for 'em? I've heard just flakes (TetraCichlid). But I really just want them to have the best diet possible. I was also thinking about frozen krill. Any opinions?

Everyone on here recommend NLS (New Life Spectrum) Brand because it's high quality and super healthy for fish. I've never tried it but many people on here rave about it so that's what I'd suggest.

I found there site. They have many different types of food. I noticed the cichlasoma food. Being that the convict is a cichlasoma (cichlasoma nigrofasciatum). That looks good to me.

I use new life spectrum for my saltwater tanks. Usually it is the first food they eat after being put into the tank

I also would advocate NLS. OmegaOne is very good as well.

New Life Spectrum and Ocean Nutrition are my favorites, followed by Omega One.

All three are good.
