I had a pair of GBR which I thought I had 2 females so I bought another male it turns out that the 2 I had were a pair will me adding this male cause a lot of problems or will they get along? Please help

What is the tank size? Most likely there will be problems but if there is enough room it might be ok.

Once they make a pair, get rid of the other male. There will be problems.

Depends on tank size and setup. I kept multiple breeding pairs in a tank together and there was little to no aggression. Sometimes males would circle, but if you don't want to risk problems get rid of the male.
