Please Help!

so i cant seem to get any advice on this but, i have just recently bought a 55 gallon tank and want to construct it into a cichlid tank. for my fish i was wondering if getting 4 kribenisis, 4 to 6 german blue rams, and 2 to 4 flag acaras would be suitable. please tell me how you feel about this and if their are other options. thanks ahead of time

I am trying to figure out how this is a 911? Try posting in the cichlid forum with a more descriptive subject.

Yea this isnt a 911... but post in the cichlid forum and you will get more help there. Also dont you still need to cycle your tank? I was just talking to you last night about it I believe. Make sure the cichlids you get are all the same size. The rams might be bullied to a point you may not like by the kribs and I am not sure about the acaras

If you want healthy Cichlids, fishless cycle your tank.

I would focus on one type of dwarf cichlid if I were you. Or I would not get the Rams with the kribs and acaras as they will get bullied. You could pull it off if you make plenty of rock hiding places like stacking a background of slate rock. I would start out with 4 kribs and 2 flag acaras. Or I would Get a pair of Gold Rams, German Blue Rams, Bolivian Rams, And Ruby Rams. whatever you do make a large number of hiding places and don't cycle your tank with fish.
