Green terror spawning

[Cichlid chaser]

I checked my tank today, and it looks like my green terror female has laid eggs. I checked with a mate of mine, and they r the exact colour they should be. Third time lucky for me as the previous two times they spawned, the eggs were eaten. Any advice on what to do to help fry survive would b appreciated
