Green terror with curve in belly

Hi my green terror has a curve in his belly he eat normal and is aktive not looking sick he get twice a day food. He has this for a long time but seems not growing I have him over a year and is 6 inch could it be a bacteria infection because he is treated for bloat with aqua praziquantel. Any id

Not sure about the curve but they are very slow growers. I have mine since September and he has hardly gown. Probably only 4 inches in size after 6 months. Whilst my JD that I got at the same time is a good 6 inches.
