growing fish that seem to have hit a plateau

Anyone know some tips on getting cichlids to reach their full potential? I have a few fish that have gotten to around 3 or 4 inches and stopped growing I keep my tank at around 82 degrees. Feed about 3 times a day. Any other tips?

Try lowering your fish count

I agree. A larger tank or lower fish count is needed.

The biggest stumbling block to fish growth is space and water quality. You may need to increase the tank size, do more frequent water changes or reduce your head count if a larger tanks is not an option.
