I just bought these little beauties 3 male's and 2 females(I know it should've been the other way around but the male's are pretty outragous looking)anyways,whats the breeding size and should I chill themdown for a few months to intice them to spawn?
the pic below is one of the male's. All 3 male's look the same.

Very cool, they're one of few new world delayed mouthbrooders. Your male to female ratio could cause a problem with aggression, these like their african counterparts should be stocked at 1 male to 3-5 females. Anyways they'll start reproducing around 2.5-3", I've seen smaller females around 2" hold but I'd recommend waiting till they grow out some prior to attempting a spawn since this drastically slows down the females growth.

Thanks Hukit,the males are about 3.5" and the females about 2.5".I'll be picking up more females this weekend and eventully they'll go into their own 55 gal.tank.
