I want to kno how to sex my pearl horseface so that i can get it a partner, hes about 6". Is 'he' even big enough to sex?

"Pearl horseface"? What does the fish look like? How does it act?

Its a geophagus brasiliensis, and yeah google didnt help.

Best to grow them in a colony. The males will get larger than the female and should start "acting male" around 3-4". Very cool fish!

Well he dosent really act agressive, except when the venustus trys to pick on him then he fires up and attacks the venustus and for some reason the big lombardoi, but the lombardoi never dose any thing to him so why dose he attack the lombardoi aswell? Why dosent he just bash the venustus?

Geos need decidedly different conditions than your other fish. IMO, you need to choose between african cichlid and SA/CA cichlid and build from there.

Plus Geo's are colonized fish that react better in larger groups of 5 or more.
