I think my blackbelt and green terror have hole in the head but I'm not sure. They are both juveniles.

It kinda looks like it, at first I would do a 25 percent water change then treat the tank with melafix for about a week. Then do another water change. I'm not sure if melafix is great for this, but it has treated fin rot in my tank.

Are you feeding them live food like guppies n goldfish?

That is your problem right there, you cannot give your fish the same food every time. They need a very balanced diet, I give my cichlids, two kinds of pellets, dried shrimp, flakes, and live food. I alternate these foods and mix them together. You should try this.

Should I start feeding them frozen sonetines
