Help with food choice

I want to add a Bolivian ram in my tropical community tank but I was wondering if it can eat the tropical fish flakes too? Ill be putting him in a 90g with some barbs, pictus and others...

Hello fishyBusiness I have kept Bolivian rams and I can tell you they are not particular eaters. They will accept flakes, pellets etc. If you can source good quality frozen food ie. brine shrimp or blood worms, that will really make their colours pop.

Sounds good, thank you! I have an mbuna tank and some mini hikari pellets left so maybe I can try those too if he eats at the top. Ill try out what you suggested too!
