I just wanted to know how big they have to be to be able to breed?
And how big do BLOOD PARROTS have to get to be able to breed?

Can these 2 cichlids spawn together?

This is about right. If the parrot is able to breed these two can in fact spawn together. But I would say it would be difficult to introduce anything new to a RD's tank by the time it's sexually mature (male or female) most likely anything but another larger aggressive fish will be killed.
