How rare are blue zaire moba frontosa?

There is a guy here in Vegas on Craigslist selling them for $40 dollars and they are beautiful. Right now they are 1.5 to 2 inches. Was thinking about starting my 115G with them but dont know anything about them. Are they worth it? Are they aggresive? What other fish can I put them in with? What do they eat? Please advise. Would love to have something that alot of other people dont have. But dont want to get them and not know how to take care of them either. Thanks. BTW, All I have in the tank now is 2 8" plecos.

I've seen some go a lot higher than that. But there are some that are coming with documents on where they are from and wild caught.
