How to disrupt a peaceful sa tank

The tank looks great! I was fooled by the title, I thought for sure the answer was to add a large aggressive male cichlasoma salvini.
 
LOL thats my 75 with 2 severums 2 poorly bred heckelii and 3 young suppose to be sp 2 tapajos
 
The tapajos have red eyes and a split in the baring above the side spot.
The heckeliis have has fin rot twice and then started what looks like hith. They have spent more time in a quarantine tank than the main tank. Their fins and the pits are just now starting to look better. The lights are off in the video so it don't really show.

CJ BOURG said to give them a couple months. they are only about 2" right now.
The heckelii I just dont understand because I never miss a water change and when they started having problems I started doing water changes every other day and was testing constantly. Heckelii with out the long flowing fins is just disappointing. All the others are fine so the only thing I can think of now is the quality of them.
