Well I also have a cobalt blue but it's not even 2 inches long that I'm not sure of the sex

I also have a blue kenyi that I assumed was female. I vented all of my cichlids besides the kenyi and cobalt

The only ones I could see producing those colors and stripes would be the cobalt blue or the kenyi.
 
The cobalt blue is very small and I haven't vented it because he's too fast to catch but I'm 100 percent positive the kenyi is female. I vented her and she is blue with a yellow tint because she is the dominant fish

The cobalt blue is a male.hes almost 3 inches, is he mature enough to breed?

Yup, they can breed as small as 2" deepening on the species. That's probably the sire
