I just found a firemouth that I would like

Hey guys, I just found a firemouth that I would like and I would put him in my 55, right now my current stocking is a pair of convicts and sajicca. Would this work the current fish are young

It may work for a bit but a 55 isn't much room for those fish to establish their territories. There is also a potential for stuff to go very wrong when those convicts start breeding.

I think your in for trouble without adding more fish if each species is actually a pair and will spawn.
