ID cichlid

Hi all, just got this cichlid from a friend, I was wondering if anyone knew what it was (sorry somewhat blurry)

Also while we're here, I know there's multiple types of frontosa, I was looking for a pair for this pretty lady, didn't really want to interbreed so if someone can tell me what type she is I would appreciate
