This is my guess as well, it's definitely originates from the rift. It would be helpful to know if this was purchased from a mixed african tank or what tankmates donated the sperm soup.

My guess would be a mix of Melanochromis and maybe a Pseudotropheus sp. "Aggressive Grey Head".

I'll try and find out.Its in my girlfriends parents "mixed tank" they recently had an angel fish die and I wouldn't mind betting this guy is the culprit.They just buy which fish they like the look of and it's very hard to tell older people what they should do with their tank,but I will try.
