Looks like a petrotilapia Mumbo yellow kinda or a metriaclima (gephyrochromis) patricki, or metriaclima mbweca. Just guesses but google them and look at this link as well. And compare, good luck, nice fish how big?

Looks kind of like my female Kenyi mixed with ice top zebra. It's a neat fish though.
