I'm not any help on identifying them, but I do know of a way you can still post your pictures! Go to imgur.com (you can either sign up or not) an upload your images, choose the BB code from the drop down box to the left of the box with the link, copy that link and directly copy it in your reply. And your picture will show up like normal in your reply, like this for example.
